Fattoria di Marena: the people
I would like to fill this page taking photos of our family and people working with us in the farm.But the most of us are so shy that I will need more than a week to convince them.
We are a big family, ten people a dog and a cat at the moment, from grandfather Dr. Alessandro Nati Poltri (born 1924) and his wife Anna Maria Fognani till the youngster Arianna Nati Poltri born in 2002.
Alessandro is a member of the Italian Accademia of Forestry Science and is the only one who knows perfectly the history of Nati Poltri family from 1350 to nowdays.
Anna Maria enjoys gardening: her Geraniums are marvelous! And her moka-coffee is the best in Tuscany!
Fabio Ferri and Piero Nati Poltri take care of fields and cows, with the help of Taulant Tema (Landi).
Isabella Nati Poltri devote herself to guest's care and apartments, with the help of Rossana Cerofolini.
Fabio and Isabella, both graduated as Forestry Engineers, are happy to explain farm works and to help guests to recognize trees and animals.
Piero has been a mountain-biker (now he is too much busy as farmer and father) so he can give to you mountain-bikes and a good map for your excursions.
Piero's wife Valentina Balloni is very busy with Sebastiano and Arianna!
Chiara and Francesco Douglas Ferri belove Tasha, their young golden retriever.
You will surely find Alessandra Nati Poltri
in the riding school, with Zio Piero Lippi Stefano Grassi's van sell bread and pizzas
